    Pros

Paycheck comes on time. That's a good thing, right? Employee stock purchase program is a good deal.
From a business side, they run a very tight ship.

    Cons

Salaries aren't competitive and the benefits are sub-standard. Management doesn't give a crap about career development or career planning; all they are interested in is selling you. Titles and job descriptions are WAY out of whack with the rest of the industry. They don't value highly technical people and consistently reward mediocrity. And if you get rolled off of a project, you have three weeks or your fired; this doesn't make for a very good work environment when everyone is worried about getting fired.

    Advice to Management

Start taking care of your people as more than just products. It's a competitive market for people with technical skills and you'll be left with the scrubs that no one else wants. Well ... since mediocrity is rewarded, that may be just fine with you.
