    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - flexibility with work times (as long as the jobs gets done)
    - some really smart and nice people in the group who are willing to share their expertise
    - environment is relatively relaxing

    Cons

    - no project =no work. been on and off the bench for last year
    - not much employee recognition
    - under paid
    - some individuals have a pompous nature to them: The "superstar" syndrome
    - horrible evaluation process-- I have no idea what I need to do in order to get promoted
    - in some teams, favoritism (work goes to those individuals rather than giving others a chance)

    Advice to Management

    - stop hiring like crazy. there's not enough of work to go around. employees are BORED out of their minds and there's nothing to do.
    - involve (keep people in the loop of what's happening) your people
    - stop micromanaging-- your people are actually capable of performing! (give them a chance!)
    - provide more training if there's no work (at least the employees will continue to "learn" something useful that my help the team/company later on)
