Ch2m Hill pays well and has interesting projects throughout the US

Being a large corporation sometimes there is a bureaucratic level that can be annoying and difficult to navigate

Pros
Great people and flexibility working on projects. Worked closely with mentors. Good opportunities to learn about the field and apply engineering skills.
Cons
Site was in remote location with a considerably long commute from the town. One gets used to it but it is a long commute that starts early in the morning (because of 10-hour work day).
