Pros

Good benefit. Positive corporate culture. Coworkers are willing to help each other.

Cons

Career opportunities were somewhat limited once you becomes specialized. But it's true for all big companies though.

    I have been working at CH2M full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule is a big plus. Benefits are OK but top management has been steadily whittling away at them for the past 5 years. A green company which promotes sustainability throughout the ranks.

    Cons

    Poor salary increases. Management does not listen to employees, even though the company is employee owned. The CEO seems out of touch with the rank and file. What was a company with a lean and flat management is now a company with a huge and bumpling bureaucracy and excessive layers of managers. Upper management has voted themselves huge bonuses while keeping rank and file salary increases to a minimum. Seems to be shades of Enron.

    Advice to Management

    Start listening to the employees and return to the values of "The Little Yellow Book".
