Pros

Great company, coworkers work as a team and really seem to care for each other.

Cons

Advancement in information technology is limited. There are several individuals who have worked here for 15+ years but have minimal advancement.

    OK pay if you can get overtime. Resume Builder.

    Cons

    Management is not aware of the difficulties field teams face. They do not recognize talent. No benefits even after one year.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to listen to people in the field. Recognize and reward talent and hardwork.

    I have been working at CH2M full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Employee-owned company with consistent growth across diverse global markets. Steady history of acquisitions an d positioning ahead of the curve with diversified portfolio of business services. Strong emphasis on ethics and integrity.

    Cons

    Lacks diversity at executive levels of the organization, which can encourage voluntary turnover from most-capable talent. Highly-matrixed organization and culture that is often confusing to employees.

    Advice to Management

    Develop strategies for diversity at Executive levels, including board of directors and presidents of business groups. Spend more time explaining company goals, direction and encouraging employees to submit ideas to make an employee-owned organization even better.
