Pros

Excellent health benefits, the company attempts to supplement employee satisfaction with perks. Upper management is authentic.

Cons

Low/Mid-level management is terrible allowing the bulk of paperwork to land on the desks of a few while dismissing staffs protests. High stress, inconsistent/heavy workloads (depending on your department), and poor organization. (Family oriented) Nepotism, gossip, double standards, and constructive dismissal is expected for employees who do not fit the “woke” company cultural mould.

Pros

Family. Most of the people are very welcoming and kind. They work really hard to make you feel like a part of the team. Great benefits, parking/RTD reimbursement, good amount of time off, work life balance (really... they make you take 40 hrs per year of your PTO where you can’t communicate with the office), many volunteer opportunities (the company pushes different volunteer days), charity for local organizations, great PERA/401k match, on site massages, yoga, Zumba, gym, locker room. Not to mention team activities & team volunteering. Senior management really cares about what you have to say.

Cons

Being downtown hard to find parking for some. CHFA has parking but it’s by seniority so eventually you will move into the lots but if you can’t find parking being a newbie can be difficult. But they do reimburse for parking or RTD/few blocks from Union station.
