I have been working at CHI Franciscan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive, great benefits, tuition assistance, good pay, great people, great management, amazing paid time off and sick-call accumulation,

    Cons

Some medical benefits are denied because it is a Catholic Hospital system, i.e. birth control.

    Advice to Management

Keep allowing employees room to grow and advance within and outside of the system.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at CHI Franciscan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a great team to work with. The nurses are professional and kind and most will go out of their way to help in any way possible.

    Cons

The clinic is open on Saturdays, which puts a strain on any social life you may have. Personalities tend to clash, cliques form and high school attitudes create some serious conflicts.

    Advice to Management

Reassess who you have in lead positions, interview employees who are working with those people and terminate those who are incompetent and/or impossible to work with.
