Pros

flexible schedule, descent pay, good friends, good cafe. sometimes one feels like a nut, sometimes you don't. Things are good as great.

Cons

favoritism, doesn't think of the employee, leaders are inconsistent. this is how this position functions. It is what it is.

Advice to Management

allow people to have input. don't feel that front lines are dumb, don't have solutions. don't they know what's going on?

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Like people work with. Flexible hours. Everyday is different. Like working with my VP. Learned a lot of technical aspects of the communications system.

    Cons

Pay is terrible compared to similar position with other companies in the community. Sr. Mgmt keeps cutting department hours while expecting same work performance. Patient care is diminishing.

    Advice to Management

Putting too much emphasis on the bottom dollar without putting patient needs first. Not listening to dept needs. Not listening to front line staff who are the more experienced with the workings of the hospital.
