Great hours, Great family work-life balance, and great colleagues to work with.

Poor upper management at times. They bring chemical operators with no experience and it makes the job difficult as far as excelling.

Close to home, other managers value you, some decent coworkers

Managers tend to cover themselves and won't follow processes put in place by upper management, they try to fudge the numbers and potentially send out bad product, they value the bad workers over the good ones, when managers are confronted they take it out on you and retaliate, zero accountability.
