Pros

very good benefits package, convenient location, free parking

Cons

no opportunities for advancement, lots of favoritism, the only feedback you'll receive about your job is negative feedback, no formal job reviews, weak management, lack of communication between employees and management

Advice to Management

Quit playing favorites. The organization is too small and everyone talks. You make think no realizes certain people get special treatment, but everyone knows who the favorites are. Also, hold managers accountable for their actions - get rid of the bullies.

    Pros

honestly nothing to even consider working here again

    Cons

Complete and utter dysfunction fueled by lead Managers with zero people skills and/or business knowledge. Atmosphere is depressing where it should be a fun place. Laid off 100% of staff when relocated from Fla. To Washington. People are disposable if they are not top management.
