I honestly can't think of anything other than the great Sales Associates and customers.

-Low pay -No support from upper management -3 different DSM in 2.5 years -Unreasonable Visual Merchandising timelines -Tired and old product lines (customers wanted new styles) - Unreasonable Customer Email Quotas - Not enough hours to train Sales Associates - Not willing to pay Assistant Manager a Living Wage -Not willing to cover family emergencies - This company utilizes Constructive Dismissal (treating you badly so that you'll quit) - pays 20% less than other companies
