I have been working at CMC full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Having Secure Job when billable to client, Higher on site opportunities

Cons

Treats contract Employees & Regular Employees Differently, Regular Employees are given much higher priority in any of the opportunity, when compare to Contact Employees.

Advice to Management

Management should Concentrate on each & every Employees Career growth a part from the project requirment

    never you will find any pressure from the higher management

    Cons

    there is communication gapping between higher management and the lower level employees

    Advice to Management

    The senior management should send a mail in which their name will be mentioned with their contact details including mail id and personal contact nos. so that any employee can contact them and can share his/her problems. It can make a transparent communication and it will make a richer goodwill for the company.
