The nature of the job is tough because it's working with a very high risk population that desperately needs help.

Advice to Management

Continue to support the front line staff -- they are doing a difficult task every day.

    Pros

The employees are great, and work hard and frequently step out of their role to assist as a team player. Employees are definitely in it for the "greater good" and not for the money!

    Cons

Doesn't pay well and has excessively high, unrealistic expectations of employees. Also, upper management frequently only makes appearances when necessary, and has no problem with stepping on toes or throwing their "underlings" under the bus to make themselves look good.

    Advice to Management

Try working with your employees to solve problems instead of throwing them under the bus when things get tough.

The need to practice self care and de stress yourself when leaving work. High case loads with expectation of making metrics.

More efficient and employee centered training.
