      Pros

      The people are exceptional and the leadership is great. Growing company with an incredible client list and a lot of opportunities to make great work. Plus, the lunches are prepared by a private chef every day, so that's pretty nice.

      Cons

      Projects can require late nights or travel and sometimes both.

      Good people, remote first, independent agency, so you don't have to deal with the BS of working for a holding company agency

      Cons

      Lack of company structure. Leadership inexperienced, very much flying by the seat of their pants. Some of the clients are nightmares.
