Pros
My department is flexible with hours and time off. No other pros. Really a terrible place to work. I have learned nothing in my time there and feel that it has set my career back rather than advanced it.
Cons
Very disorganized company. Constant restructuring, layoffs, no clear direction at all. Experience is not at all valued. Computers and equipment are outdated and inadequate for getting the job done. There is no employee development or industry training. Communication is terrible. Many in middle management are just putting in time and doing the absolute minimum.
