Negative Outlook

I worked at CORSP full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Opportunity to assist families and children. Updated trainings. Summers off. Started with good benefits...sick time...vacation days. Adequate insurance. Retirement benefits.

Cons

Growing disconnect between management and center staff. Extreme variations in work environment.
Low recognition for good work performance. Unrealistic expectations by some management members.

Advice to Management

Walk a mile in the shoes of center staff. Deal with employees not performing instead of making more policies and punishing good workers.
