Pros

The product is great, it sells. The reputation of the company is superb in Denver. The Account Representative role is fun if you enjoy working with people. You will come in contact with up to 50 people per day so you must be willing and able to socialize, train and sell.

Cons

After a while the job can get repetative and boring.

I have been working at CORT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A Berkshire Hathaway Company that has been successful for over 40 years, but is not content on past success. They are growing the business by adding party rental to it's portfolio, emphasizing Workplace sales, and focusing on development and succession planning for future success. They really are working to change with the times and meet current customer needs.

    Cons

Change can be difficult, especially when things have been done a certain way for so long. Those who are comfortable with status quo will be very uncomfortable while transition occurs.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that top leadership are the champions for change, and sharing a consistent message in support of why these changes are important to the future of the company, and ultimately its positive impact for each employee.
