    Bias favorite only handle one project, does not give management support to others who handling few big projects. No bonus, no increment

    Friendly people, especially admin staff

    Cons

    Lack of transparency between senior management and working level Studios all work in silo, no shared resources No company wide standards Low pay and compensation No QA for work, no emphasis on good design

    Advice to Management

    If cpg ever hopes to recover from their downward spiral, replace the under performing staff, especially senior staff, and allow for resources to be shared between departments without charging and cannibalizing the the company. Also, hire more permanent staff instead of outsourcing so much of the work, and pay staff what they're worth.
