      Very low pay based on years in the field and market average only 3% per year pay increase regardless of work output No benefits Hours 8:30-17:00 (30 mins break) There never seems to be any break to get personal training done. No long-term career growth plans

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
