    Great company Close family type atmosphere CEO is very friendly, always goes around talking to employees CEO always asks if there is something he can do to make work better Company events are always well planned

    Pros

    Fantastic company "family" feel Excellent perks ie: Sporting events, concerts, family days... etc Average support from management Earn whet you're worth... Very good comp plans

    Cons

    -Watch your money. I've been employed by CPI for over a year and can say without a doubt, there hasn't been any large check paid to me that I didn't have to argue over incorrect commission paid... All outside sales reps are commission ONLY, every dollar counts... I've been shorted as much as $800 and as little as $25, but it ALL adds up. -Sales reps are ultimately the bottom of the pay chain.     Advice to Management

    Hire more than one or two people to assess commissions to be paid out. Having to sell the deal, coordinate the install, follow up on the checks, monies and ultimately page 3 is ENOUGH, we shouldn't have to also constantly check on our commissions also... Managers need to be held a bit more accountable to their reps. Asking a rep to go "sell, sell, sell," and then instructing them THEY have to do all follow-up on payroll...
