Pros
Biggest pro: The people, the team. Honestly the most cheerful, supportive, friendly, open-minded colleagues l have worked with to date. Processes were clearly documented and streamlined, thorough training, good company culture. Highly recommend as a first work place for fresh graduates.
Cons
Salary, constant changes within the team and scope of work due to high fluctuation. Occasionally you are asked to "help out" with tasks in other teams where head count is missing. You are asked, but you don't really have a choice and you don't receive any compensation in exchange.
