Cons
A lot of people in the company have that same disgusting 'old-state-owned-company' behavior. Some times I fell like in bad imitation of a Dilbert strip. It appears like if they need only tell a bureaucratically correct history in the reports to achieve the goals and forget the real targets and deliveries.
