      Consistent work, newer equipment, and its a good company to get experience, pay is ok

      Cons

      Pay could be better, sometimes its hard to reach people, bein away from home alot gets old fast

        Pros

        Their dedicated accounts are pretty darn good, 2300 miles most weeks, stay out as much as you want for the most part. Good training imo but there are a lot of people with backing difficulty for their first year. Love running the western states.

        Cons

        They have been taking a lot of brokered freight lately, most people seem to be and obviously some of it consists of ridiculously tight docks and bs appointment windows. DM's are overworked, hard to contact.

        Quality Assurance Associate

        I had an interview late August, sent a thank you the same day, followed up when they said they would get back to me, and then again a week later and I got no response. I gave up and they just sent me an email saying the position was on hold and they hoped to have an update at the end of the week. I'd still like to see what they might offer me so what could I say in response?
