Good people to work with.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are terrible. Not inline with industry.

    Pros

    The only good thing about being a merchandiser is that teams are given tasks to complete and once they have been completed then you are pretty much done for the day.

    Cons

    On call 24/7, Communication is terrible, No motivation for employees to remain there and the way they treat there employees is horrendous!!!

    Advice to Management

    If anyone in corporate headquarters is reading this then you must understand that there is a serious problem with your merchandising division where there is a lot of abuse going on with your hourly employees. Management needs to be more exact when it comes to scheduling and the treatment of employees. Of course, when deciding to come on broad and looking forward to work and be part of something that is supposedly great, there must be motivating leaders and programs that will encourage employees to stay on board, there is most likely a huge turnover when it comes to hourly employees because of the way management is running the whole system. I sincerely think that a revaluation of all of your merchandising division is, needed so that you can reduce that huge turnover and make sure you are not losing exceptional employees.

    none at all the worst experience i have had in retail.

    Cons

    Training,supervisor support, navigating in an out the system etc...

    Advice to Management

    Learn to talk to your employess on the phone dont assume that everyones is acceciable to a computer 24 7 reading e-mails..
