I have been working at CROSSMARK full-time for more than a year

    Pros

As a Demonstrator, it is a fun job, meeting lots of people and learning new things all the time. Every Demo is different so the job is not boring at all. Hours per week can vary, and can be very flexible.

    Cons

You don't always have a set amount of hours each week, which can make it hard to plan one's budget.

    Pros

Lots of perks if you are a full-time employee working at the home office in Plano, TX

    Cons

Most employees don't work at home office. Lots of full-time employees and even more part-time employees work remotely around the country. There are zero perks for these employees.
