I worked at CROSSMARK full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They'll take just about anyone on...a job opportunity for those who are in need.

    Cons

Again, they'll take just about anyone on. The people that work there are so rude and awful. There's so much work to do that one manager cannot do it all. Hiring, firing and everything in between like being on the floor, disciplinary action and special projects. I left work crying or stressed out most days and I'm not that kind of person.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more than one manager in one location at a time. No one can reasonably do all that's expected on their own.

I have been working at CROSSMARK part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Make your own hours within the week.

    Cons

Hours are never what you want either too low or too high. They constantly lie about everything. And their is little to no training, you just get thrown out their. The hourly rate is garbage. And they expect you too use your own car to drive around but they don't pay for wear and tear of vehicle. This is corporate America! Few companies care about their employees anymore! Slaves is what upper management see not human beings with bills to pay! Crossmark is easily the worse merchandiser company. It even takes over other companies and changes their work culture into dirt.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so greedy, pay your employees better wages. And stop expecting so much from workers. I have scanned so much that my fingers are permanently injured. This might as well be China!
