Approves of CEO

Pros

The flexibility of your work schedule is GREAT, Crossmark has some very large accounts that are recognized nation wide and could lead to a better career move. They do give you a company car that you can drive for personal use as well as for the company. Most likely it will be a Chevrolet, not the best looking car but a car. Crossmark has some GREAT people that work for them and it could be a good starting point for any career in retail

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other companies and advancement is very slim. Over all benefits are not that good compared to other competitors.

Advice to Management

Get more involved with the people you have working for you, they are your best asset you have and there are some really GREAT people working for you

I worked at CROSSMARK part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

(FI) Strong training base. If you feel you did not understand the training the first time, they will run you through it again. If you still do not get it, they will find an assignment that better suits your qualities.
(ES) You are always learning about new products coming out into the market. Free Food Cert.

    Cons

(FI) This is a Part-time position -a job you do on the side for a few extra bucks. but when there is a deadline for data they expect you to drop everything to get the numbers in. This is not always possible and then the Team Leads are expected to pick up the slack in their region, and when you live far away (30 + minutes) this is also sometimes hard to do.
(ES) You have to be on your feet for 4 - 6 hours. They want you to push the sales of the product.

    Advice to Management

You have to show appreciation to the loyal worker you have, and find a way to keep new ones.
