Pros

The benefits and Paid Time Off is excellent. What once was stability has changed to an environment of uncertainty. Discounts on AAA insurance may be considered a benefit, but when a subsidiary is quoted the employee is not allowed to receive the discount. Liberty Mutual gives CSAA employees a 5% discount as a professional courtesy. The free membership is also an added benefit too. Other positives about working here...we have gone through this roller coaster three times in the last twenty years. The difference today is we have more people in Senior Management rolls while losing front line employees.

Cons

Office closures, layoffs, poor moral that has been created by Senior Management.

Advice to Management

Before laying off front line employees, look within your management team and cut back there first.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

They have good benifits and there pay is competive.

    Cons

They laid off a large amount of employees with no plan in place to make up for the additional workload for the remaining employees. There is still a chance that there will be more lay offs and it is very hard to work and do a good job when you are unsure of the future. Insurance Service Vice President is not honest.

    Advice to Management

Take a step back and look at what you are doing to the average front line employee. Be honest and remember the golden rule do on to others as you would have done to you. Our days on this earth are numbered and no amount of money can stop your time from coming and at something when it’s your time you will have to answer for your actions.
