    Veterans on my team have allowed me to learn a lot in the last year.

    Cons

    If you don't mind bureaucracy and having to practice defensive work and prep to deal with clients and managers, then there's no downside.

    Pros

    Large company - lots of opportunity and multiple contract vehicles.

    Cons

    Serious concerns about immediate leadership (just below VP level) documented and all made aware of (HR, Senior Leadership, peers, etc....) but no action taken. Ended up leaving company.
