    Pros

There are a wide variety of accounts supported and significant online training available. Tuition reimbursement is also a great perk.

    Cons

As with any large IT computer service company, there are significant financial pressures. Unfortunately, these pressures are placed on those with billable time (those that charge their time to client accounts, creating revenue) and not as much on those that don't (overhead).

    Advice to Management

Follow through on the changes that you are stating you want to make. Don't just pay lip service, but actually look to see that the goals and values being espoused are attainable (e.g. not at odds with other goals being measured).

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Flexibility of working from home and being able to schedule your time around your daily needs. Would be a great job for a stay at home mom or father. Co workers are supportive in your development to become successful within the group.

    Cons

Poor management decisions hurt employees, very low possibility for career advancement, a poor sense of commitment to the company, and high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Employees come first, your salary shouldn't be your main concern. High turnover is just going to cost you more money in the long run. Taking care of your employees, such as not cutting our internet expense in an effort to save money would be wise.
