    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at CSC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Highly competant, self motivated employees. Collegial and collaborative culture. Flexibility of work location and hours. Known for "doing what it takes" to provide service and resolve client issues.

    Cons

Benefits are in the bottom quartile. Reductions in force occur quarterly. Uninspiring senior management has let to a five year decline in the business. New management is not engaged for the long term.

    Advice to Management

Wake up , get out of the tower and get engaged.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at CSC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

federal side has big contracts so your job while boring is stable there. consulting side has some state jobs that are boring but stable. real consulting side is losing share. they pay above market if you are willing to travel.

    Cons

quite a lot of layoffs to start with. there is managment overload and you will not understand what many of them do. many managers are technical sales people with no management skills

    Advice to Management

too many managers that do little that increases bill rates for hands on consultants. hard to compete in today's market if your bill rates too high
