    Pros

    Free boring birthday celebrations, and free fruit end of every week

    Cons

    Bad future prospects, and company has poor leadership, and very biased.

    Advice to Management

    Get a more experienced project manager to do the job. More especially, train them to speak good, clear and proper English before having them as project managers.

    Pros

    Lower management seems to care about the employees.

    Cons

    Salary is only average with high benefit costs = lower take home pay. Upper management is unresponsive to even simple questions. Upper management seems to only care about the bottom line and neither their employees or their customer is a concern.

    Advice to Management

    Start responding to questions from your employees and step outside your processes some to find ways to improve both the process and your customers satisfaction
