    Pros

    Self directed work, work from home, excellent opportunities to expand. Your career at CSC is based on your decisions and what you want to do.

    Cons

    Attitude is finance driven and they do not trust their employees. You must document all your decisions on financial matters, down to each meal. Travel requires two week advance approval.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your employees - they really do have the company's best interest at heart. Making extra work that does not add value to client delivery just devalues the employees worth.

    Pros

    Good if you want to be told when and how to perform your job duties.

    Cons

    No emphasis on customer service. Get the tickets closed whether the customer was truly helped or not.
