      Pros

      Salary package is not too bad.

      Cons

      They called a glorified salesperson a manager and a glorified technician an engineer. Micromanaging, lack of integrity, management are not very well educated and lack of vision. Toxic culture rewards boss-pleasers. If you're better qualified than whoever already in there, they'll stall your work / keep the work to themselves to maintain their dominance. Payroll and IT have no idea what they're doing and couldn't care less. WHS officer will laugh at the WHS concerns you have reported.

      All training provided Birthday Leave

      Cons

      - Will cut your pay by $25k per year without any consultation. - Allows drink drivers to continue drinking and driving. - Slack on quoting - Techs cop flack for managements poor performance. - Important emails get written with copilot and they sound fake as. - They don't pay allowances properly. - They don't pay EBA onsite rates. - Toxic culture where money is prioritized over everything else.

      People are nice and helpful Fun projects and opportunities for learning and development

      Some processes could be improved but seems management is open to change which is good
