Flexible work schedule.
Willing to give you time off for personal or school.
Management does not micromanage.
Co-workers are friendly and family oriented.
Would suggest to current-or recent graduates.

Cons

If you are out of the main office, there are not many career advancement opportunities unless you are willing to move to Saint Louis.

Advice to Management

Management should really improve the new sales hire program. It leaves new representatives out in the cold to fend for themselves. The company should really have more offsite locations so people can work remotely.

    I worked at CSI Leasing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Company events: picnic, christmas party, kick off. Health insurance.

    Cons

    No vision insurance. Condescending managers. Micromanagement. Make you feel like an idiot for asking questions. Unwritten policies that only apply to certain people. If you go to lunch and only invite your friends, you will be reprimanded. Low pay, no vision insurance. No written procedures so each member of management will tell you a different way to do work and make you feel stupid when they bring it back for you to correct b/c of this. Re-work because of spacing issues and not including a comma after a date when writting a letter. They change the unwritten procedures at the drop of a hat and make you feel stupid because you couldn't read their mind. HR is pointless. Only there to hire and fire. Use of a lot of paper. Annual performance reviews take place about 6 months after your anniversary date. And the pay increase you get is a joke. You will barely notice a difference. The bonuses are a joke as well.

    Advice to Management

    Don't just display a good company culture and value on your website. Walk the talk. Lead by example. Stop killing so many trees. Don't wait to offer someone hire pay because they are quitting.
