Pros

Nice place to work at! People are respectful and appreciative of your work.

It's not easy to grow once you start there. Each office have their own developer and the needs and requirements are limited to what the office does which leaves you with no room to grow.

    Pros

Great health care / retirement packages, but nothing else. Maybe free tuition, if you're getting a master's degree.

    Cons

Work here if you're lazy, like stable jobs, no drive for advancement, like a stable salary, and if you're old. This place is not for people in their 20s or their 30s, you have a lot to accomplish in life, don't waste your precious years here.

    Advice to Management

There are 7 colleges here, they run like 7 different companies, nobody knows what the other ones are doing. There is no sense of unity. Politics is out the roof at this place. Faculty members are the worst people to deal with. PhD egos are way too high, you teach at Cal State University, get your ego down a bit, nothing to be proud of...

    Pros

Didn't work too many hours/days during rush week

    Cons

I wa told I was very smart while working on the job but was not asked to become permanent and someone lazier was.

    Advice to Management

Hold a short interview at the end of the temporary job.
