      Pros

      This is a hands off company and no t for those that need hand holding. This has been a blessing and enables me to work freely and independently. The benefits allow you to part take in H&W as well as 401k. My managers trust in the work I produce on my contract.

      Cons

      While it’s not realistic due to CoVid an employee recognition party would be nice.
