    Pros

The company's management value performance, results and innovation.

    Cons

Constant change due to regulatory environment and business focus can cause a lot of chaos, but if you enjoy new challenges it can be fun.

  2. "Toxic with little to no advancement"

    Pros

I've made some friends here. Company will likely be around for some time.

    Cons

It's becoming a toxic environment. Little to no room for advancement, or managers know who they're going to promote regardless of qualifications. Poor raises. Upper management wants everyone to watch expenses while going out to expensive dinners. Managers put in policies or changes that don't help productivity, but the policies and changes don't affect them. Many people are burning out and management doesn't seem to care.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and realize you minor managers and directors aren't in charge of everyone. Engage others before creating policy changes that make no business sense. Worry more about being productive as opposed to "looking pretty".
