    No room for growth within the company.

    Management is set in their ways. They are nice people, but like a manager there once told me, you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

    They are racist and have no diversity, They only hire and keep people of their own likes. It is frustrating working here, Love my other jobs though

    Advice to Management

    Diversity is needed, and Communications training is needed on upper management, They do not know how to speak to people.

The Company is one of the most diverse home health agencies in California, with significant representation and diversity in all areas of the workforce (line staff, middle management, and senior management). As part of our 2019 key initiatives, an enterprise-wide communications training program is being launched, intended to enhance our existing communications program throughout the workforce.
