I have been working at CVS Health part-time

Pros

Work goes by fast because there is always something to do

Cons

Nobody gets full time except the store manager

Advice to Management

Give the stores more payroll hours so they can accomplish all that needs to be done. Also, the pharmacy pages for customer assistance in the aisles RIGHT in front of their counter, six feet away from them, and expect the front of store workers to go all the way across the store and abandon their line of customers that need to check out. It would help if the pharmacy could assist the customers on those occasions

I have been working at CVS Health part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Slightly less stingy with technician hours than Walgreens, so it is nice to be able to share the workload.

    Cons

They are hell bent on keeping a minimum of people at full-time eligibility. To qualify for holiday pay, sick days, vacation pay, or health insurance you must be full time. To be coded as full time you must have and average of 32+ SCHEDULED hours for a rolling 90-day period. Meaning a part-timer picking up shifts is wasting their time and when the managers "forget" to load a schedule into the system, reaching these unrealistic requirements becomes impossible.
