Fair Wage, Challenging Work, Opportunity to Advance

Cons

Unrealistic Expectations, Poor HR Practices, Unrealistic labor expectations that don't give ALL stores the chance to succeed.

Advice to Management

Listen to the employees, they will tell you what needs to be fixed. There are many great employees who want to be more. If someone truly asked them, they would be motivated to excell at a greater pace.

    30 to 20% employee discount

    Cons

    Double standards for customers vs employees, management wants unreasonable expectations, policy is more important than cust. Service, lots of scam artist customers treat you like dirt

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the personality pre hire test. Everyone lies on them anyway. Get rid of the multiple ec card standard

    Pros

    Some of the most dedicated & caring patient/client centered staff in the industry, especially in the Specialty/PBM locations.

    Cons

    No work/life balance, below industry pay for many positions, discriminatory pay practices, state to state & position to position, do not recognize/pay premium for C.Ph.T. + state licensed technicians in California, do in other states & retail side of company. R.Ph.'s act like gods with little or no repurcussions for violations of company policy or law. Annual raises < 3% ( less in some years ) not tied to even inflation. 1 year no raise at all.

    Advice to Management

    value & develop your technician, they will give you the best ideas to further the company, pay for knowledge & experience, not just on arbitrary position titles or job descriptions, pay raises should be more than 3% or less per year & not tied to corporate sales goals but to individual performance.
