I have been working at CVS Health part-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Fortune 500 company, locations and jobs available throughout the country.

Cons

In the pharmacy, technicians are not compensated as well as interns & pharmacists. No lunch breaks for pharmacists.

Advice to Management

Pay technicians better salaries. It gives them incentive to stay with the company. Technician turnover is high.

I worked at CVS Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

clean atmosphere, pleasant work environment, some great people to work with and decent pay.

    Cons

benefits were not impressive. favortism widespread and hurtful for people to advance unless you were part of "the club." work expected well beyond your schedule in order to accomplish many unnecessary tasks demanded to be done daily on work lists sent by the home office. oh, if you have management plans on what to accomplish in your day, throw it out. the home office will dictate what is to be done...end of it. don't like it?, leave!

    Advice to Management

get a reality check and cease the intimidation tactics. people respond to fear, but is that really necessary when you can accomplish so much more with respecting others at the core level.
