    Pros

    decent training program
will pay for you to get nationally certified

    Cons

upper management does not give a crap about you, only about $$$ and their scores
store manager who takes out personal vendettas against employees and constantly talks behind your back
HORRIBLE pay rates and raise policies - it's becoming harder and harder to get your measly 2% raise

    Advice to Management

appreciate your employees and compensate them for all that they do

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The work is relatively easy, you get 20 to 30 percent off all purchases , and if you wind up working with the right people, it can be an enjoyable experience.

    Cons

Our store manager has to be the most apathetic person I've ever had to work for. He's completely unconcerned with issues that are going on within his store, and when they're brought up, they're either brushed aside or he figures out a way to pin the blame on you rather than attempt to fix the issue. Additionally, the store manager doesn't actually bother with a proper interview process, instead, he just looks at your job history, and then pretty much hires you on the spot. This means you wind up having to work with some lazy and/or awful people. A lot of the supervisors and co-managers are decent people, but unfortunately, they have little to no say in issues.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. It's your job as management to make sure things are running smoothly and your employees are satisfied.
