Positive Outlook

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

A really good IT system for the filling of RX's promoting good customer service. A very good philosophy about Pharmacy being the center of the business . The importance of a communities contribution to a business and a business's contribution to a community

Cons

not enough help- better emphasis on inventory control which translates into more gross margin dollars that can be better spent on, well more help! No internet connections available!!

Advice to Management

Lower the budget for RX'S( unrealistic goals bread low morale)

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedules, good working facilities, and non medical benefits

    Cons

Experienced tenured employees are under valued in the organization. No retention programs.

    Advice to Management

Recognize tenured knowledge based employees. People make more money off the street with no experience with the company. This is causing the company to lose employees and has increased client payouts do to errors for lack of knowledge. Benefits have gotten worse over last 10 years. This constant adjustment will cause employees to leave. The excuse we are following the industry trend is not accepted when you have communication channels with other previous employees and networking to other companies in healthcare. As a healthcare company we should be setting an example... not adding to the problem.
