I have been working at CVS Health part-time

Pros

Nice discounts, fairly flexible work times, friendly shift supervisors.

Cons

Management is too focused on being in the top 5 stores of the district, pushing employees to do far too much work in a short period of time than is possible while maintaining high quality customer service. Only 1 or 2 people on the floor, generally one cashier and one shift supervisor who only comes to the front when called for help, though calling them up puts them behind on work as well.

Advice to Management

Hire more employees or give those you are over working full time positions rather than working a part time employee just under the full time hours to avoid giving them benefits, it ends up leaving a bad taste in an employees mouth.

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fully enjoy colleagues and the day to day relationships that are built/maintained. Also, the amenities that are provided such as the 24 hour gym is a great perk.

    Cons

Compensation plan is not comparable to the market. If the initial salary pay was higher, there would be less turnover within the organization.

    Advice to Management

    Knowledge of systems.

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You get a discount when you buy stuff there..Insurance is expensive but good

    Cons

No labor. No family life. No recognition. No achievement of goals (because they are unrealistic).

    Advice to Management

Your keep your job by coming up with stupid ideas as you sit cozily in front of a computer... ideas that are useless. Please let managers do what they were hired to do and come up with another way to justify your jobs. Give us more help. Do not make me feel guilty for spending time with sick relatives (a child).
