    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at CVS Health full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good salary, while it lasted

    Cons

Fired after twelve years on a first time policy violation. Simple procedural error without lose of money or merchandise. They talk about ethics, but only use it when it suits their purpose. District manager couldn't even do his own dirty work, he had to send in others to do the termination for him.

    Advice to Management

Spend time in the stores and see what is really happening. Too many people work in store support and have clue what the stores experience.
