I worked at CVS Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As long as there are positions available it is easy to move up within the company. Depending on the district most all promote solely from within. Pay all depends on where your district is located but it is based on fair wages within the area.

    Cons

There are only two people working the front of the store at any given time. This can make it difficult to get everything done if you are not a talented multi-tasker.

    Advice to Management

Give more hours during the holidays so we can give the best service to customers as possible.

  2. "Ok to work, lots of manual labor and newbies get more of it"

I worked at CVS Health part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Better to work than in Mc Donalds. Good if you need a job right away. Getting a manager position will take years and being a shift or assistant isn't worth it.

    Cons

Sometimes you're alone in a whole entire store. Managers do their thing in the room and rarely come to help unless you call them.

    Advice to Management

Managers get paid 1.5 times are much than assistant manager and assitant does most of the work.
