I have been working at CVS Health full-time

    Pros

In some areas you are paid well. There are opportunities for personal growth. The company provide educational material to assist in your own personal development. The office culture is inconsistent between departments. Middle management tries to make a difference, upper management is the problem primarily.

    Cons

The company does not value it's employees. The compensation is poor in some departments only. As profitable as the company and has the potential to become, I wish they would invest more in their people.

    Advice to Management

Attract better employees with better pay in order to reduce turnover. Then demonstrate company loyalty by improving health plan.
