Pros

Lots of trainiing to know how to do your job correctly. Ability to run your store and come up with ideas to try out within reason without much red tape.

Cons

Like every other company Payroll is slim for what they require you to do. Stores would run smoother with a little more help.

Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees more, and put a ittle moe staff in your stores. This wil improve service aand bring more traffic into the stores.

    Pros

    Great flexibility with schedule.
    Appropriate feedback from superiors.
    Tuition reimbursement @ 90%.

    Cons

    Not clear if you will have a job in the next 2 years.
    No opportunity for growth.
    Bonuses are mediocre enough to be insulting.
    Salary is low for comparable duties elsewhere.

    Pay employess what they are worth and don't be afraid to fire the ones who are worthless.

    employee discount, learning experience for pharmacy responsibilities

    Cons

    managers always assume you're wrong and they're right; workers are lazy, unreliable, unprofessional...manager delegates work to you when THEY are getting paid to do it...how am I responsible for making the work schedule for other techs? they never apologize.....unfair pay!! an employee I was training as a pharm. tech was getting paid more than I was! --- If i had not spoken up or asked questions, this would never have been fixed...it took 2 months to get in contact w/ the district manager (lower management never responded)...the pay adjustment was not retrospective either....on top of that..the computer system was confusing, customers were always complaining

    Advice to Management

    take responsibility in your lack of management skills, listen to feedback from employees, do not delegate work to others because you're lazy and irresponsible
