Pros

Camaraderie. This particular location has some of the most knowledgeable and caring employees in regards to not only the customer, but each other. It is an atmosphere of fun, work, and knowledge.

Cons

Some...alright "one" of the Senior Managers appears to be frustrated and closed minded, in terms of change and motivation techniques when it comes to employee recognition, and department procedures. Some continued education and the opportunity for additional real life experience's will help this person become a better leader and motivator.

Advice to Management

When you see talent, and choose that person for management, allow that person the opportunity to grow and experience success. Closed mindedness, and not embracing the possibility of different ideas/procedures, just hinders the company's growth. Micro managing frustrates the Senior Manager, Mid-level Manager, and all employees involved.

    Pros

    Co-workers are great! Everyone is willing to assist and share whenever possible. Very friendly and family atmosphere, much more so than other places I have been.

    Cons

    Management does not acknowledge that employees cannot be forced to prevent all mistakes by threating dismissal if an error is made by a customer! The working environment continues to deteriorate as employees become more and more nervous about their jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Wake up and learn about personnel motivation. Punishment does not insure better performance, but just the opposite as people will be more nervous about making a mistake.

    Pay, Time off, discount, CoWorkers

    Cons

    I was promised three different promotions and three different pay raises, and was told I was going to start training for said promotions on three different occasions, but they filled the position with an outside candidates all three times

    Advice to Management

    Don't promise things to employees when they are dependent on said things coming through. It kills morale around the whole work place.
